Our Policies at Le Bouquet
To help us ensure on-time delivery during busy holidays and seasons, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by 2:00pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 11:00am on Saturday.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Normal delivery times are 9am to 5pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times. Please call to verify.
The purchaser of wine must be over the age of 21, and the recipient must be over the age of 21. In order to deliver wine to a recipient, they must over the age of 21 and must be home to receive and sign for the delivery. The recipient may be asked to show a valid form of identification. In compliance with state liquor laws, we keep a record of all wine deliveries made within the last two years. We mostly only offer and deliver wine, but we are able to sell and deliver beer as well. However, this is only done by special request, and all of the same rules above apply.
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have placed an order that is too late for us to make it to the funeral service, we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.
When placing an order for an arrangement to be delivered to a hospital, please provide the room number and any other pertinent information. We will call the hospital ahead of time to confirm. We are unable to deliver to patients that are in the ICU. Per hospital rules, we can only deliver to the front desk. Once it has been left with the front desk, the hospital is responsible for bringing the delivery to the patient.
High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 2pm.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
If No One Is Home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange collection from the store. During the summer months, it is too hot to leave flowers outside, so we will not leave flowers at the doorstep. There may be a redelivery fee charge should the recipient not be able to collect an arrangement when we have made every attempt to make a successful delivery. Please note that it is very important to give us gate code information when placing an order.
Incorrect Addresses / Security Gate Access
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Some areas in our Valley are gated, we ask that you include the name of the subdivision and details as to whether we need a gate code to gain access. We do call the recipient before attempting to deliver in order to ensure that we have the correct address and any other delivery information that is pertinent to a successful delivery.
Canceling Or Changing An Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of flowers and natural products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route, or delivered. Email changes on cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately 480-991-8800. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal and agreed upon by the management.
Recipient May Be Contacted
In most cases, we call our recipients to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery, due to the warm temperatures here in the Valley. When placing an order, please provide a valid phone number that we can call to contact the recipient.
Request To Leave Item At Door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements on doorsteps. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient Refusal Of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. In those rare cases, we will donate the flowers to our local hospital or nursing home.
The message that you write is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order, and flowers cannot be sent anonymously.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the guidelines below for assistance.
We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants may vary depending on availability.
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided we will substitute to the closest flowers/colors that are available.
Flowers are a natural product, and as such, we cannot always know how long they will last. We do everything we can to ensure that our flowers are healthy and at their prime when they are delivered, but sometimes nature has other plans. We guarantee that your flowers will last 72 hours, and it is likely that they will last for a few days longer. If you are having trouble with your flowers please give us a call so we can assist you. There are rare occasions when flowers do not last long, so please call us if yours die within 72 hours.
For some events, we can rent out vases, props, and containers in order to get the proper look and feel for your event without breaking the budget. A rental fee will be charged per item, and the fee will vary depending on the item. Each item that is rented must be returned to our store within one week of the scheduled event. Failure to return rented items will result in a charge of full retail price of the item and a late fee of $25 per order.
