How To Care For Fresh Flowers

Tips for Flower Longevity

Flowers should be kept in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit; 18 to 22 degrees Celsius), out of direct sunlight, away from heating or cooling vents, out of direct drafts from a ceiling fan, and away from the tops of televisions or radiators.

Change the water every day and keep the water level high so that every stem is submerged. Remove leaves that are below the water line. If your arrangement is in foam, check the foam daily to ensure that it is hydrated.

Give your flowers a fresh cut every other day. This helps them drink easier!

Please do not load or leave your flowers in a hot car. To ensure longevity, cool your car for 2 minutes before loading the flowers. Flowers do not do very well in the heat.
