Much like fine wine, each 70% Dark Chocolate Single Origin Bar from Zak's Chocolate expresses different natural flavor notes based on cocoa bean variety and where it came from. This will also vary depending on the time of year and the availability of cocoa beans.
Chocolate bar is approximately 50g (1.8oz).

Zak's Chocolate is a local, award-winning small-batch craft chocolate maker and an artisan chocolate shop located in Scottsdale, Arizona. They are one of a small number of chocolate shops that makes 100% of their own chocolate. And, they use only ethically-sourced cocoa beans. They do not use soy, corn syrup, or anything else to artificially extend the shelf life in any of their products.
